History of DCS Dirt Cheap Signs was founded in Dec of 1994 by a couple working out of their garage. The first signs turned out by Dirt Cheap Signs were hand painted. Over the years, the company has changed ownership and moved to several locations, to finally settle in Lago Vista, TX. Purchased in November of 2006 by Chad Hendricks, the company experienced tremendous growth in the first 2 years after overhauling the website and providing customers with exceptional customer service and turnaround times. Poised to capture the majority share of the wholesale sign and Real Estate industry, the future of Dirt Cheap Signs looks bright as we continue to work hard and establish long lasting relationships with our customers.
Update 7/2008 - We have finally purchased a new facility and moved everything in. After spending the first 2 years of ownership squeezed into a 2400sf facility we now have the room to continue our tremendous growth. Thank you to all of our faithfull customers for giving us such a wonderful opportunity. We are truly blessed because of you.
 | Chad Hendricks - Owner / President Chad Hendricks is the Owner and President of Dirt Cheap Signs. During his ownership of a large Sign Installation and Manufacturing company in Southern California, the company installed over 20,000 Real Estate posts and manufactured over 10,000 signs. This experience and knowledge has enabled Chad to provide professional and outstanding services and develop time saving products for the Sign & Real Estate Industry.
In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and their two sons. They frequently take road trips throughout Texas and have fallen in love with all that the Great State of Texas has to offer.

 | Kurtis Thornton - Sales Kurtis moved to Texas from California in February of 2007 to join the team at Dirt Cheap Signs. He brings years of experience in Customer Service and Sales and has immediately impacted the Service that we provide to our customers. Kurtis has one Daughter whom he enjoys spending all of his spare time with. Kurtis is quick to support his San Diego Chargers, but he is also a Dallas Cowboy fan and realizes that in order to survive in Texas, he must support the local teams only. Good Luck Kurtis!

Robert has been with Dirt Cheap Signs since November of 2006 and provides years of experience in sales. In his spare time you can catch Robert at the race track cheering on his favorite horses. Robert has 3 sons, 5 grandchildren and a wonderful wife.

 | Jimmy Lancelot - Graphic Design Jimmy joined Dirt Cheap Signs in October of 2007. This is his second stint with the company and all hopes are that he is here for the long haul. When not designing for our clients, Jimmy spends his time with his band "Pride Like Lions".

Jose brings over 20 years in the print industry and supports our print department with a wealth of knowledge. Jose also owns and runs his own Apparel Printing company. Need some shirts printed?
